Casey Recupero is a social impact executive who specializes in scaling diverse teams and culture at the intersection of mission and market. Over the past two decades, Casey has devoted his leadership to growing Year Up – the nation’s highest-performing workforce training organization for low-income young adults – from 15 to 900 employees and 100 to 5,000 participants. Casey holds a BA in Anthropology and Honors Certificate in African Studies from Harvard.
