This library provides tools — research reports and articles, among other resources — that have been identified and created by the Competitive Advantage and Equity Technical Assistance Coalition. The coalition’s hope is that these resources can be used to inform and strengthen Build Back Better Regional Challenge finalists’ applications and long-term work. Links to and descriptions of specific resources are divided into the following categories based on the Coalition’s 5 guiding strategic questions (the first five categories), our focus on helping finalists secure partnership commitments, case studies, and our recorded webinars.
