Prior to joining America Achieves, Aman helped lead the operations of the Campaign for Our Shared Future – a non-partisan effort to combat attacks on equitable student learning so that every student has an opportunity to succeed and thrive in our nation. Before then, he created the Government Accountability Project’s democracy program and helped Schoolhouse–a tutoring platform started by Sal Khan of Khan Academy–expand into India.

Aman is a first-generation graduate of Harvard University, where he studied economics and education policy and received the Fulbright-Nehru Scholarship to India. Originally from a small, rural town in Texas, Aman is a fervent believer in the power of economic and educational opportunity to ensure our nation lives up to its highest ideals of equity, inclusion, and justice.
