Seth Kolker leads external relations at America Achieves, managing communications, advocacy, and funder engagement. Previously at America Achieves, he worked with CEO Jon Schnur to develop, incubate, and raise $70M for a national initiative to weave tutoring into the fabric of public education (now successfully spun off as the nonprofit Accelerate). Seth began his career as a high-school math teacher in Central Falls, RI, and has also worked as a community organizer, curriculum developer, and an education policy advisor on the 2020 Biden-Harris campaign. He holds a JD-MBA from Stanford, BA from Yale, and MEd from Rhode Island College and is a Schwarzman and Knight-Hennessy Scholar. Seth lives with his wife and their dog Zazu in Rhode Island.
