Tony Bader focuses on project management and strategic initiatives at America Achieves. Prior to joining America Achieves, Tony was Director of Product and Program Management at Canoe Ventures, where he led product development, client engagement, and go-to-market strategies in the Ad-Tech sector. He also served as Director of Innovation, Strategy & Delivery at the Colorado Department of Revenue, overseeing software delivery and strategic planning, and as Director of Video Operations at Charter Communications.

Tony holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado, Denver, a BA in Psychology from the University of Montana, and has completed a Management and Leadership curriculum at MIT Sloan School of Management.

An entrepreneur at heart, he founded Solve Climbing, designing and selling polyurethane indoor climbing holds. Tony is most often found working on restoring cars/motorcycles, recording music, and exploring Colorado with his two kids, Ben and Caroline.
