Michelle Einstein’s work focuses on the intersection of strategy, research, and communications – with an overarching goal to advance equity.
Michelle brings a decade of experience building initiatives across the social sector, including in nonprofits, local government, and academic institutions. Prior to coming to America Acheives, she served as a strategy consultant on a statewide effort to strengthen Minnesota’s housing safety net, centering the wisdom of residents who navigate the emergency financial assistance system. Previously, in her role as Director of Strategic Outreach and Communications at the UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation, she amplified the impact of environmental policy research in California to help inform state and national climate policies.
Michelle is a graduate of Macalester College and holds a Master of Urban Planning from UCLA, with a certificate in user experience. She’s originally from Southern California and currently lives in Minneapolis.
