Special Assistant to the CEO
Kristy King-Pritzl is the Special Assistant to the CEO at America Achieves. In this role, she is focused on managing the schedule and priorities of the CEO and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
With a strong background in operations, Kristy came to America Achieves from Alper Strategies & Media in Michigan, where she served as a Director of Firm Operations and managed multiple high-profile media and public affairs projects and accounts in the public and private sectors. Before then, she worked as the Senior Manager of Operations at a tech start-up where she managed multiple business lines and built a diverse talent pipeline through recruitment, training, and development. She is the author of “Woefully Under-Regulated: The Unexplainable Fight For Better Health-Protective Laws,” a research paper published by Baylor University that analyzes the legislation that governs the personal care products industry and how the lack of regulation poses a threat to human health.
She holds a Masters in Public Affairs from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University.A Michigan native, Kristy and her husband currently reside in Washington, D.C.
