Johana comes to America Achieves from the Boston Consulting Group. Having worked across sectors and with over 15 years dedicated to social impact, Johana has grounded her career in a passion for fostering inclusive solutions that empower individuals and communities alike. She has experience working at national nonprofits, corporations, and startups. Her expertise spans a wide array of areas including management consulting, nonprofit management, new business development, strategic planning, education and workforce development, stakeholder and community engagement, and the design, launch, and startup operations of strategic initiatives.

Born and raised in Colombia, Johana pursued her postsecondary education in Urban Planning and Public Administration in Chicago and furthered her academic pursuits by earning an MBA from MIT Sloan. She lives in Boston where she enjoys exploring all the outdoor adventures New England has to offer.
