Jess Morton started her career as a high school teacher with Teach For America before spending the last decade championing people and driving impact as a global HR executive with expertise that extends across non-profit, ed-tech, and high-tech industries.

Renowned for her visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to equity, Jess spent a decade spearheading transformative human capital initiatives at Teach For America, the nation's largest education non-profit. Her dedication to fostering educational excellence and opportunity for all children fueled her work in driving systemic change. Additionally, as a champion of diversity and inclusion, Jess led the global talent attraction strategy at Twitter, where she significantly broadened access and opportunity for underrepresented talent in the tech industry.

Jess earned her B.A. as a summa cum laude graduate from Dillard University and holds a Masters in Applied Politics from The American University School of Public Affairs.
