Alicia Gorham recently joined the America Achieves team as a Program Manager, jumping in to assist with the launch of the Education to Employment Initiative.

As a strategic communications and operations professional, Alicia enjoys complex puzzles and working with team members who have diverse educational and professional backgrounds.

Previously employed in the corporate real estate space, she brings her knowledge of long-term project planning and organizational skills to the team at America Achieves. Alicia states that her biggest professional accomplishment to date is launching the first-ever tenant relations program with Tishman Speyer at Rockefeller Center and following its success, leading the domestic and international rollout.
