Sarah Duska leads learning, research, and evaluation at America Achieves. She initially joined America Achieves to support the technical assistance program aimed at regional coalitions applying for the inaugural Regional Technology and Innovation Hubs (Tech Hubs) program out of the Economic Development Administration. She has also contributed to both fundraising and program design efforts.
Sarah began her career at City Year Boston and has experience in policy-making, community organizing through four campaign cycles, and nonprofit programs and evaluation. She recently graduated with a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a certification in Applied Data Ethics. She also holds a BA from The College of William and Mary.
Sarah currently resides in Washington, DC, near many of her favorite coffee shops.
