Molly Dillon is a Senior Policy Advisor at America Achieves. In this role, she is focused on expanding an inclusive, good jobs economy, with opportunities for training and advancement for people from all backgrounds.

Previously, Molly served as a Policy Advisor in the Office of Urban Affairs, Justice and Opportunity in the Obama White House Domestic Policy Council, a Senior Policy Advisor in the New York Governor’s Office, and a Community Curator for Virgin Unite, the philanthropic arm of the Virgin Group. She has also worked as a policy and communications consultant, advising a variety of non-profit, governmental, campaign, and literary clients. Additionally, Molly is the compiler and co-author of the New York Times bestselling book “Yes She Can: 10 Stories of Hope and Change from Young Female Staffers of the Obama White House,” published in 2019 by Penguin Random House. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.

A Chicago native, she currently resides in Washington, DC.
