Daryl leads Corporate Partnerships & Business Development at Merit America. He joined Merit America from Year Up, where he became passionate about the positive impact that workforce development social enterprises can offer low-wage earners, while providing employers with non-traditional pipelines of amazing talent. Daryl earned his Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and applied this trade for several years before transitioning into the Human Resources industry, where he has worked with Fortune 500 clients to develop employee benefits and workforce development strategies.
